Contribute a devotion to our 2008 Advent Devotional

Worship Committee is preparing a 2008 Advent Devotional Guide and we want you to be part of it! This guide will contain 26 daily devotions for use by you and your family from Nov. 30 through Christmas Day.

Please consider sharing a short  (500 words or less)personal story that has meaning to you; something that puts you in touch with the deep significance of the birth of our Savior, whether or not it occurred during the Christmas season. Include a Bible verse that has relevance to your story, and conclude with a one-sentence prayer. Submissions may be from individuals or families. Original artwork is welcome, too—to illustrate your devotion or artwork alone, created by children or adults. Please email your submissions to Gretchen Letterman at gretchen@tampabay.rr.com, or leave them at the church office. Deadline for consideration is October 1. Please put "Advent Devotion" in your e-mail subject line.
